Company Profile
Inspired by a moment of spiritual insight at midnight, Virdy founded PT MetroSoft Sistem Informasi to bring the Javanese philosophy urip iku urup --"life is about spreading light”-- into the digital age. With over 15 years of experience as an accounting software consultant, he laid the foundation for a company where application and software development are the core competency.
Today, PT MetroSoft Sistem Informasi continues this mission by developing its own software applications, the earliest of which is scheduled for release in late 2025. In addition to our proprietary applications, we offer services in custom software development, system implementation, and technical support for clients across various industries.
Our Logo
Our company logo is a visual embodiment of our identity and values. It represents a fusion of the letters V, I, and A—the initials of our three founders—shaped into a single figure holding up torches. This symbolizes the unified spirit and collective effort that drives our mission forward.
Each torch signifies the Javanese philosophy urip iku urup --"to live is to bring light.". The seven torches as a whole reflect our unique seven-step business development methodology, a process that integrates both spiritual insight and technical precision:
- Illumination and Enlightenment – envisioning the long-term goal (output: vision)
- Product Design
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Product Development
- Product Testing
- Bug Fixing and Iterative Review (Steps 5 and 6 may repeat)
- Shutdown Period – a moment of rest and reflection before product launch
Founder calls this the Eheyeh asher Eheyeh methodology, inspired by the belief that every innovation should begin and end with spiritual clarity, while being executed with technical excellence in between. This balance is what sets our process apart and ensures our products are built with purpose and precision.
Mission
Our primary focus is the development and continuous improvement of our own applications. We also welcome collaboration on project-based work—developing, customizing, implementing, and supporting systems tailored to client needs. Furthermore, we offer consultation and implementation services for global accounting and finance solutions.

The core team
Founder and CEO
Virdy, he was born in Balikpapan in 1985, an Accounting graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada. A veteran software consultant with over 15 years of experience, he brings visionary leadership and deep domain knowledge.
Co-founder and CMO
Inung, he was born in Jakarta in 1985, a Marine Science graduate from Universitas Diponegoro. He has dedicated his career to marketing and digital empowerment, running his own consultancy to empower, advise, train, and support client in digital marketing until his work at MetroSoft.
Co-founder and CTO
Antonius, he was born in Malang in 1981, an Electrical Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi Bandung. A passionate coder with 20+ years of experience, including as a CTO in a UK-based software consulting firm.
COO
For Salatiga, Magelang, and Solo territories. Arief, philanthropist who was born in Salatiga in 1984, a Geography graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Though originally educated as a geoscientist, he excels in marketing and actively supports social causes for the deaf and silent communities.
Senior Programmer
Iswanto, he was born in Jakarta in 1986, a Computer Science graduate from Bina Nusantara University predicated with cumlaude. Alongside with nearly two decades of coding experience, he teaches algorithm to university students.
Digital UI/UX Designer
Adhika, he was born in Jakarta in 1985, raised in Depok, and educated in Malaysia, he has been working as UI/UX designer for both national and international software company for almost two decades.
Treasury
Eva, she was born in Jakarta in 1985, a Dentistry graduate from University of Indonesia. Though from a different discipline, she handles financial operations as part of founding family.
Helpdesk
Agung, he was born in Jakarta in 2001, raised in Tangerang city, and nearing completion if his Computer Science degree while gaining hands-on experience as associate consultant for a UK-based software consulting firm.

Product
We are currently developing three distinctive mobile applications, each designed to deliver meaningful value to users across Indonesia. Marketing efforts are already underway, with the first application scheduled for release in late 2025. The remaining two applications are planned for launch in late 2026.
